Slow Cooker Garlic Beef Bites

Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef & Potatoes

 Overview

A hearty, comforting slow-cooker meal made with tender beef cubes and baby potatoes cooked in a rich garlic-butter sauce. The beef becomes melt-in-your-mouth soft while the potatoes absorb all the savory flavors. Perfect for an easy family dinner.

 Ingredients

Beef & Seasoning

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Potatoes & Flavor

  • 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 Instructions

  1. Season the Beef
Place beef cubes in a large bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss well until evenly coated.

  2. Prepare the Slow Cooker
Add halved baby potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Drizzle half of the melted butter and olive oil over the potatoes.
Sprinkle minced garlic evenly on top.

  3. Add the Beef
Place the seasoned beef over the potatoes.
Drizzle the remaining butter and olive oil on top.

  4. Cook

    • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours

    • Or on HIGH for 3–4 hours
Cook until the beef is very tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.

  5. Finish & Serve
    Gently stir everything together.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

 Tips

  • For deeper flavor, you can sear the beef in a hot pan before adding it to the slow cooker (optional).

  • Add vegetables like carrots or green beans if desired.

  • Baby potatoes cook evenly, but red or Yukon gold potatoes also work well.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
